Meet Johnny,

Certified in paintless dent removal, Johnny Walsh works to bring vehicles back to their best without affecting the original paint. Starting locally in his hometown, he takes pride in his approach to removing dents and dings from everyday life. Driven by a genuine love for cars and a keen eye for detail, he is dedicated to offering efficient and reliable service to each and every client. Johnny grew up in Ottawa and has a desire to restore cars for the people of his hometown, as well as the surrounding areas.

At its core, the technique relies on understanding how automotive metal behaves under stress and how to reverse that stress without disturbing the paint surface.

Technicians use a variety of precision tools—long metal rods, body picks, and specially shaped tips—to access the backside of a dent through factory openings or by removing interior panels. Once access is gained, they apply slow, controlled pressure to gently push the metal back toward its original shape. For areas that can’t be reached from behind, a technique called “glue pulling” is used, where specialized tabs are temporarily adhered to the exterior of the dent and pulled outward to restore the panel’s contour.
